ai_news/report/ 配下にある、読みにくい調査レポートファイル（生成AIの出力がほぼ改行なしの1〜数行の塊としてそのまま貼り付けられていることが多い）を、文言を一切変更せずに、見出し・段落・箇条書き・表を備えた整形済みMarkdownへ組み直すスキル。ユーザーが「reportを整形して/わかりやすくして/きれいにして」のように依頼したとき、例えば「reportの中身をわかりやすくして」と言われたときに使う。
