Use when the user asks to update, refresh, or regenerate the event dashboard data, run the weekly event collection, or rebuild events.csv. Also use when they invoke this by name or reference the weekly event-gathering routine. Walks the venue roster in data/spots.csv to re-verify every previously collected event (still running? extended? cancelled? price or coupon changed?) while discovering new ones in the same pass, searches beyond the roster for events at unregistered venues, compares prices across booking platforms (asoview!, Klook, KKday, VELTRA and others), detects active coupons and sales, records the cheapest legitimate booking link alongside the official site, and grows the venue roster itself as new places are found."

Searches a fixed roster of Kanto cinemas (シネコンチェーン、名画座・ミニシアター、野外上映・ドライブインシアター会場)、finds each theater's current new releases, revival/retrospective programs, outdoor and special screenings, and film festivals, re-verifies every previously collected screening against the previous CSV (still showing? held over? pulled? pre-sale window closed?), records official and booking links (no images — the CSV has no image columns), and grows the theater roster in data/theaters.csv itself as cinemas open and close."

Registers the site in data/no-crawl.json so the fetch gate blocks it, audits every place the site appears across the CSVs, rosters, sources.json and the skill prose with tools/purge_source.py, removes the published rows, and states plainly what can and cannot be erased."
