This skill wraps the bilicli CLI which is a pure-Rust port of the BiliTools GUI; it covers video download (DASH segments via aria2c + ffmpeg merge), audio-only download (m4a) + optional local ASR (sensevoice), danmaku (XML or ASS via DanmakuFactory), comments (hot + time + sub-replies), subtitles (JSON, requires login + wbi sign), search (video / bangumi / user / cheese course aware), and a harvest batch that does all four for top-N search results.
