A matching URL does not show the site is ready or right: check title and content; a login page or unrelated redirect stays unverified. This tool does not act on the operator's live browser: to follow an observed link there, use keeper_compose_browser-live-follow-read, loading it through keeper_tool_search if only its name is listed."

The process ends when the turn ends. A server, watcher or TUI never exits, so this call can only time out on it: start it with keeper_spawn and wait with keeper_spawn_wait using until=output_contains and a needle. "Before you pick work, after a wake or after waiting on someone, reads in one call: tasks in progress or claimed with who holds them, the 10 board posts with the latest activity, your questions still waiting for an answer, and the schedules listed for you that are scheduled, due or running. Claimable todo tasks are already in your turn frame. Broadcasts are not read here. Read the result this way. A question you were waiting on that is no longer listed was answered or withdrawn: read it with masc_ask_status ask_id and include_resolved=true, and act on it first. A question still listed keeps that work blocked, so pick other work. A listed schedule that does what you are about to do means doing it now does it twice. A task another Keeper holds is not yours to start. If no post moved since you last read the board, go back to your work. Lists page at 10 rows; a tasks list with truncated=true has more, read with next_cursor. If one read fails, the call fails and names it, and later reads do not run."
