Forrest's development-session methodology — the plan → build → review → remediate → live-test → close loop and its approval gates. Invoke at the start of ANY session that will change code or docs (feature, bugfix, refactor, ticket batch), and for triage sessions that schedule Linear tickets into work sessions, before proposing a plan or writing code. Read, write, reply to and resolve comments in Markdown files that use the tandem-comments format (a ```tandem-comments fenced JSON block at the end of the file, quote-anchored via W3C TextQuoteSelector). Trigger whenever a Markdown file contains a tandem-comments block, or the user asks to comment on / annotate / review text in an Obsidian note, reply to a comment, or resolve comments.
