Bump the M2Office service version across all workspace package.json files, draft a Japanese developer changelog entry in CHANGELOG.md and a plain-language user-facing note (help article in the "updates" category) from git history since the last tag, check README/package READMEs and the pre-release checklist in docs/release-process.md, run the tests, and create a release commit + annotated git tag. ONLY invoke this when the user explicitly types the /release slash command — this workflow commits and tags the real repository, so do not infer it from casual natural-language requests like "バージョンアップして" or "リリースして" on their own.
