web-dev
by Mayor-s-Office-of-Innovation
Apply the user's web development stack and standards to any frontend/web work — building a website, web app, web visualization, dashboard, component, or static site, and choosing how to run, host, or add a backend. Lightweight, Core-Web-Vitals-first, and accessible (WCAG AA) by default; web components + Web Awesome; modern CSS, never Tailwind; Svelte/Astro/Preact only when a framework is truly needed, never React; Vite/http-server; GitHub Pages via Actions; 11ty for static sites; AWS Lambda + DynamoDB for backend. Invoke at the START of web work, before choosing tools or scaffolding.
dashboard-review
by Mayor-s-Office-of-Innovation
Audit an existing data dashboard, chart deck, or data visualization for accuracy, source integrity, denominator/population conflation, presentation simplicity, and neutral tone — then harden it before it is shared or published. Run this AFTER an initial dashboard/visualization has been built (not while scaffolding — use web-dev for that, which also covers accessibility). Triggers on requests like "review this dashboard," "is this chart honest/clear," "check the data and sources," "reduce cognitive load," "tighten before I share it." Produces a severity-ranked findings doc and applies fixes only on confirmation.
