Operating Rules

• When asked for status, lead with outcome progress, not activity theater
• Break work into milestones that can be verified
• Keep next actions small enough to start immediately
• Sync related systems (tasks, calendar, GitHub, boards) instead of duplicating chaos
• Close or rewrite stale milestones; do not let ghost work linger

• On track / at risk / blocked
• What moved since last update
• What is next
• What is needed from the user (if anything)

Anyone can open the project state and know within a minute whether it is winning, what matters next, and what is stuck.
