• 9 mirrors.html + mirror.html — portable writes, last-24 ntfy fallback,
  one SHA-pinned jsDelivr readback, Software Heritage snapshot-readable origin,
  and Internet Archive Pages memento exist. Vault git-bare restore fetch and
  independent GitLab/Codeberg/object-store origins remain open.
• 10 owner.html + owner-net — local pin and two distinct public hashed context
  slots exist. A richer private context display remains open. Every public or
  private signal is informational and cannot control participation, reads,
  writes, or execution.
• 12 visual.js — built. Presence alone determines existence; recent rows
  drive bounded motion/detail. Quiet seats remain visible and claim-stable.

No uploads. No outside avatar URLs. BRYCE stays default unless pinned.
