Project Detection / 프로젝트 감지 규칙

1. CWD-based - Uses current working directory as project root / 현재 작업 디렉토리를 프로젝트 루트로 사용
2. Git root detection - git rev-parse --show-toplevel / Git root로 프로젝트 루트 확인
3. Project name - Git root folder name / git root 폴더명 사용

Document folder search order / 문서 폴더 탐색 순서:

1. .claude-docs/
2. .claude/docs/
3. docs/
4. CWD (project root / 프로젝트 루트)

Command: update

Updates plan.md progress.
plan.md의 진행률을 업데이트합니다.

Steps / 수행 단계:

1. Read plan.md / plan.md 파일 읽기
2. Count checked items [x] / 체크된 항목 카운트
3. Update Progress Overview table / Progress Overview 테이블 업데이트
4. Update Phase Status / Phase Status 업데이트:
   • All incomplete: pending / 모든 태스크 미완료
   • Some complete: in-progress / 일부 완료
   • All complete: completed / 모두 완료
5. Update Last Updated date / 날짜 갱신
6. Append change log to progress.md / progress.md에 변경 이력 추가

Command: summary (default / 기본)

Summarizes current progress.
현재 진행 현황을 요약합니다.

Runs when no arguments or summary. / 인수가 없거나 summary인 경우 실행됩니다.

Creates .claude-docs/ automatically if no document folder exists.

1. Direct editing - Change [ ] to [x] manually / plan.md 직접 편집 가능
2. Update after changes - Run /task update to refresh tables / 진행률 변경 후 테이블 갱신

Command: done

Auto-detects completed tasks from current session and updates plan.md.
현재 세션에서 완료된 태스크를 자동 감지하여 plan.md를 업데이트합니다.

Follows task-tracker rules below. / 아래 task-tracker 규칙을 따릅니다.

Steps / 수행 단계:

1. Find plan.md / plan.md 파일 찾기

   • Search in order: .claude-docs/plan.md → .claude/docs/plan.md → docs/plan.md → PLAN.md → plan.md
   • If not found, output error message / 파일이 없으면 에러 메시지 출력

2. Analyze current conversation / 현재 대화에서 구현된 기능 파악

   • Check Edit/Write tool usage history / Edit/Write 도구 사용 이력 확인
   • Analyze code changes / 코드 변경 내용 분석
   • Check for completion mentions ("done", "completed", "구현 완료") / 완료 언급 확인

3. Match to tasks / 해당하는 태스크 찾기

   • Match against - [ ] incomplete tasks / 미완료 태스크 중 매칭
   • Compare task names with implemented features / 태스크명과 구현 내용 비교
   • Exact matching only - Mark complete only when task name clearly matches implementation / 태스크명과 구현 내용이 명확히 일치할 때만 완료 처리
   • Conservative judgment - Do not mark if uncertain / 불확실한 경우 완료 처리하지 않음

4. Mark tasks complete / 태스크 완료 처리

   • Change [ ] → [x] for matched tasks / 매칭된 태스크만 변경
   • Edit only the exact matching lines / 해당 라인만 정확히 수정
   • Multiple tasks can be marked at once / 한 번에 여러 태스크 완료 가능

5. Update Progress Overview table / Progress Overview 테이블 업데이트

   • Recalculate completed/total count per Phase / Phase별 완료/전체 카운트 재계산
   • Update percentages / 퍼센트 업데이트
   • Update Phase Status:
     • All incomplete: pending / 모든 태스크 미완료
     • Some complete: in-progress / 일부 완료
     • All complete: completed / 모두 완료

6. Update Last Updated date / 날짜 갱신

Output format / 출력 형식:

• No undo - [x] → [ ] changes must be done manually / 되돌리기는 수동으로만 가능
• Conservative - When in doubt, do NOT mark as complete / 불확실하면 완료 처리하지 않음

Command: verify

Compares plan.md requirements against actual code implementation.
plan.md와 실제 코드를 비교하여 구현 상태를 검증합니다.

Follows task-tracker rules below. / 아래 task-tracker 규칙을 따릅니다.

Steps / 수행 단계:

1. Read plan.md / plan.md 읽기

   • Search in order: .claude-docs/plan.md → .claude/docs/plan.md → docs/plan.md → PLAN.md → plan.md

2. Extract tasks from current Phase / 현재 Phase의 태스크 목록 추출

   • Find Phase with in-progress status / in-progress 상태인 Phase 찾기
   • Extract - [ ] and - [x] items / 해당 Phase의 체크리스트 항목 추출

3. Inspect actual code files / 실제 코드 파일 확인

   • Glob: Check if related files exist / 관련 파일 존재 여부
   • Grep: Verify core functions/classes are implemented / 핵심 함수/클래스 구현 여부
   • Read: Check detailed implementation / 상세 구현 확인

4. Determine implementation status / 구현 상태 판단

   • ✅ Completed / 완료: File exists + core logic implemented / 파일 존재 + 핵심 로직 구현됨
   • 🔄 In Progress / 진행중: File exists but partial / 파일 존재하지만 일부만 구현
   • ❌ Not Started / 미시작: No file or empty / 파일 없음 또는 빈 구현

Output format / 출력 형식:

Executes a 2-phase pipeline to wrap up the current coding session, optimizing context and generating follow-up priorities.

Phase 1: Parallel Analysis / 병렬 분석

Run the following 4 subagents in parallel using the RunCommand tool (e.g., claude -p skills/task/agents/xxx.md or invoke them via internal subagent mechanics).
아래 4개의 서브 에이전트를 병렬로 실행하여 결과를 취합합니다.

1. progress-analyzer: Validates code against plan.md / 실제 코드 구현 검증.
2. context-archiver: Prepares completed Phase for archiving / 완료된 Phase 압축 준비.
3. knowledge-extractor: Extracts TILs and gotchas / 배운 점 및 에러 해결책 추출.
4. next-planner: Suggests top 3 next tasks / 다음 세션 최우선 태스크 3개 제안.

Phase 2: Sequential Validation & Approval / 순차적 검증 및 승인

1. wrap-coordinator: Aggregates Phase 1 results, presents a unified report to the user, and asks for execution confirmation. / Phase 1 결과를 취합하여 리포팅하고 사용자의 승인을 받습니다.
2. IF User approves / 승인 시:
   • Updates plan.md (clears completed details)
   • Appends to archive.md
   • Appends to knowledge.md
