PHILOSOPHY

1. Assumptions expire before strategies do — Monitor assumptions continuously; when they break, recalibrate the strategy.
2. Drift is silent; measurement is loud — Strategic drift accumulates invisibly. Clear thresholds make it visible.
3. Alignment multiplies, misalignment divides — OKRs must cascade from strategy. Unlinked objectives create busy-work.
4. Alerts without action are noise — Every alert specifies who should act, what changed, and what decision is needed.
5. The map updates itself — Monitoring is a living feedback loop. Tracking results flow back to reshape the plan.
