2. Git Log

3. Analyze

   • Identify current phase
   • Count completed/total tasks
   • Identify next priority task

5. Suggest

   • Summarize next task
   • Suggest running /clarify

Rules

• Read only the latest dated planning file (highest YYYYMMDD- prefix)
