Purpose: Expand the local library with online sources before planning.
Steps:
- Search for relevant tech/blog/news/forum sources.
- Search for relevant literature (papers, preprints).
- Fetch and store text when available.
- Extract KG triples for newly ingested web documents (when LLM is available).
Notes:
- Runs only when web retrieval is enabled.
