1. Select world-workflow.json or creator-workflow.json. Keep examples fictional; private sources stay outside public git.
2. Run node plan.mjs --workflow <path> from this directory. Inspect dependency waves, semantic keys, estimates and externalDispatchAuthorized:false.
3. For edits, use applyDraftPatch with exact workflow/world revisions. Explain affected descendants; never promote canon from a patch.
4. Compile context from verified fixture scope. Required context cannot be truncated, optional context can be ranked; production scope and tokenization require the existing server authority.
5. Run node --test examples/creative-director/kernel.test.mjs from the repo root. Add a meaningful regression for a new kernel failure.
6. For connected execution, hand off to the current product owner with immutable source/context/reference hashes, model capability and quote, required approvals, durable operation claim, provider receipt/recovery and authenticated export tests.
7. State evidence precisely. A dry plan, synthetic price, fixture review state or browser hash does not authorize an external action.

No credentials, dispatch, hires, wallets, contracts, billing, publication or accepted-canon changes are performed by this skill.
