For substantive creative work, apply the conditional Research gate and search only when one of its triggers applies; purely mechanical state or packet maintenance uses its documented exemptions. Scale the artifact to the requested stage. Quick pitches remain short; known intent and valid scoped authorization do not need repeated confirmation.

Hipson Handoff stays as the explicit entry point for a Hipson-format request; since 1.64.0 the packets themselves are made by Task Handoff with its Hipson format: research maps, internet mapping packets, bounded instruction, review and execution packets, with the research map, internet mapping and instruction packet templates kept here. Read that page and follow it; this adapter adds no rules of its own. Full Hipson remains a separate, optional system.
