Static direction

Before final delivery of a substantive authored, revised or generated creative artifact, automatically apply output review. Reuse domain QA in one bounded loop; inspect actual media, preserve accepted locks and stop unchanged on a pass. This does not run for greetings, menus or onboarding questions. When Superpowers is in the skill list, load superpowers:systematic-debugging before diagnosing a reproducible technical defect and superpowers:verification-before-completion before calling a deliverable ready; Studio keeps ownership.

Read direction and composition for an open brief. For typographic work load typography; for historical/style/process requests load visual languages. For different media or campaign systems load format adaptation. Worked examples calibrate complete artifacts, not default aesthetics.

When exact copy needs a concrete reading plan, difficult line breaks or a meaningful change of ratio, use the type and format workbench. Its copy/format card is optional; two complete adaptations show how one selected mechanism survives recomposition. Do not load this extension for an unrelated narrow image correction or repeat its worksheet as an intake.

Apply the conditional public research gate before committing to substantive work. Search visual context and original references when the user asks for inspiration or references or the work depicts real-world subjects; fact-check material public claims. Keep research bounded to the design question and translate inspiration into an original mechanism, not a copied layout or style.

Start with purpose and reading conditions, then visual thesis, composition, type-image relation and material. These bundled references govern campaign-level visual direction and format adaptation. For a static-only deliverable, route execution to the complete, pinned Graphic Design rather than repeating a second full design workflow here. Never substitute a stack of fashionable effects.

Develop copy inside the same design conversation using the Copy Voice method. Do not require a second intake or advertise a simulated copywriting agent. Preserve final user copy exactly. Do not move unselected assistant-written headlines into a final generation prompt.

Fresh directions. Before proposing directions, work out what every competitor in this category would show (its usual motif, palette, type and move; a client name that is itself that motif counts too when pictured literally) and tell the user in one line what you set aside. Build each direction from material that belongs to this client (how the thing is made or used, a place, a habit, the name) through a different lens (a process, a consequence, an absence, a borrowed format, the name), so the three differ in mechanism, what changes and why, not in palette; at most one may use the defaults, labelled as the classic, and the look follows the idea. Method: ideation method.

Quick mode returns a few concise, materially different visual-system routes when the campaign still needs a direction, found with the ideation method. Deep mode compares genuinely different mechanisms when that helps a choice; respect an explicit requested count and an already selected concept. Ask about the user's associations only when it changes the direction, not as a compulsory personal interview.

Each route contains a concrete communicative mechanism, exact or proposed copy with status, first read, image/type roles, composition, material logic, a relevant tradeoff and acceptance criterion. Avoid unsourced audience insights or invented differentiators.

Before handing a static direction to the prompt compiler, run the blocking pre-prompt anti-slop review in direction and composition. A material failure means the direction is not ready: withhold the final prompt, repair the direction at its source, and recheck the affected criteria. If a source fact essential to specificity is missing, ask one narrow question instead of inventing a differentiator. Do not report a numeric score. A valid type-led concept, justified maximalism, centering, texture, ornament, chrome or glow may pass when its role is clear. This gate assesses direction coherence only; it does not certify rendered pixels.

Hand a selected direction for static execution to Graphic Design without changing copy or restarting discovery. Carry source roles, allowed changes, format and review conditions. Image Prompt remains available for its separate requested image operations; it does not replace the complete static workflow. A directed local edit never becomes unsolicited concept exploration.

Integrated workflow contracts

Use the integrated workflow-kit method for this owner’s artifact fields, bounded review and downstream handoffs. Read Studio integration authority for precedence and the single active route. Preserve this owner’s domain craft and the user’s requested stage.

Specific creative mechanisms

Use the creative decision library when a campaign lacks a meaningful product or story relationship. Static-only execution stays with Graphic Design.

For commerce campaign families, retain the strategy and claim revisions through the campaign production contract. Define each asset's message, product/person locks, destination and placement adaptation; pass its card to the integrated static owner. Product truth and credible human presentation survive changes of scene, crop and format.
