Apply the website skill

Read modules/foundups/esingularity/skills/website-update/SKILL.md from the repository root before website edits or reviews, including its shared branding and language section. It owns the YUMORI.me name, JOIN label, Japanese-first me GUARDIAN! lockup and katakana JHR title for both sites, alongside research, ticker checks, validation, publication and Red Dog execution boundaries. yumori-website is a movement-site entrypoint to that same source, not a separate copy of the rules.
