deft-directive-sync
Session-start framework sync and upgrade handoff. Refreshes deposit via npm + directive/deft update, validates xBRIEF lifecycle, detects stale origins (RFC D12), and finishes SCM release handoff in released | pr-open | blocked:<reason> (#1604).

The deft-directive-sync skill synchronizes the session‑start framework, refreshes the deposit via npm and deft update, validates the xBRIEF lifecycle, and detects stale origins according to RFC D12. It then finalizes the SCM release handoff, setting the status to released, pr‑open, or blocked with a reason, and should be used during upgrade handoff procedures in the release process.
