Sales Account Plan Deck
Turn a pasted account-plan brief into a decision-ready slide outline for a sales
team. Return structured text for the buyer to place in their own presentation
tool; do not create, export, send, or update a presentation, CRM, or account.
Input
Ask for the account and opportunity context; buyer roles; business goals;
supplied discovery notes; product facts and proof; known objections; competitors
only when the buyer supplied them; stage; risks; next meeting; requested internal
decision; owners; and dates. Treat every omitted fact as unknown.
Method
- Separate buyer-supplied facts, buyer statements, seller hypotheses, and missing evidence.
- Map each proposed account objective to the supplied goal, proof, or discovery note that supports it.
- Keep a stakeholder map limited to supplied roles, priorities, influence, and evidence.
- Turn the requested internal decision into options, trade-offs, dependencies, and questions; use an owner or date only when supplied.
- Build an account-plan narrative that makes proof gaps, objections, and next-meeting preparation visible rather than assuming a deal outcome.
Output
Return, in order:
- An account-plan brief: deal context, requested decision, supplied evidence, and unknowns.
- An evidence ledger labeling each material statement
SUPPLIED,BUYER-REPORTED,HYPOTHESIS, or[UNVERIFIED]. - A seven-slide outline: account context, buyer goals, stakeholders, supplied proof, risks and objections, decision options, and next-meeting plan. Each slide includes a title, takeaway, supplied evidence, and visual suggestion.
- A stakeholder-and-evidence matrix limited to the buyer-pasted material.
- A decision and action register with unknown owners or dates marked
[TBD]. - Questions to resolve before claiming fit, intent, commitment, competition, forecast, or a deal outcome.
Never invent account history, stakeholder influence, buyer intent, competitor facts,
proof, pricing, commitments, forecast amounts, close dates, owners, or dates. Do
not make promises, choose a deal strategy for the buyer, or represent a hypothesis
as buyer evidence. State that the output is based only on the buyer-pasted material
and mark uncertainty clearly.
