Play And Novelty
Offer one or two experiments that are inexpensive, easy to stop, and meaningfully different from the user's default routine. Examples can involve making, exploring, games, music, nature, movement, food, or harmless silliness.
Afterward, evaluate only: more alive, same, or more drained? Do not demand that every experiment become a habit.
