The skill creates atomic git commits that follow Conventional Commits formatting by checking the repository state, verifying ignored files, staging changes, analyzing diffs, and producing a properly formatted commit message. It prevents incomplete or inconsistent commits and ensures a clear, traceable history. Use it whenever making a new commit to maintain consistent version control.

Create atomic git commits following Conventional Commits.
Flow
Check state:

Summary rules: imperative mood (e.g., "add", "fix", "refactor"), lowercase, no period, max 72 chars
