Reference High-Scoring Application Pitch

Hi Hiring Team at G-P / Globalization Partners,

Applying for the Principal Software Engineer - AI Platform & Multi-Agent Orchestration position. I'm a Lead Software Engineer with 9+ years of experience in Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Apache Kafka, and AWS Kubernetes architectures, combined with hands-on delivery in Spring AI, RAG pipelines, and MCP tool orchestration.

In my current lead role on VRLS 2.0 (NCS / LTA) and prior engineering roles at BlackStraw.AI and Wolters Kluwer, I've owned end-to-end monolith-to-microservices migrations, Istio service mesh security, and real-time Kafka event pipelines that cut reporting latency from 15+ minutes down to seconds.

I am based in India and available for 100% remote work globally (B2B contractor or full-time). Looking forward to discussing how I can contribute to the G-P / Globalization Partners engineering team.

Warm regards,
Meena Kannan
