Overview
The Skill Router is the cognitive orchestrator that dynamically loads context and combines skills based on user requests. It uses the skill graph to identify relevant skills, resolve dependencies, and compose a complete solution. This skill enables the Agent to understand user intent, select appropriate skills, and execute them in the correct order with proper context injection.
Why This Matters

Technical Guardrails & Security Threat Model
1. Security & Privacy (Threat Model)
