An owned product and a partner integration are different rows. Do not invent a vendor.
If the user names a partner without a product, record the partner and leave product unknown.
For each integration, record what users do, what this team owns, and what only the partner can change. Unknown is allowed.
Bus factor is who else could keep it running. Unknown is allowed.
Preview the index rows, then apply when the user says apply. Do not write partner names into a skill.
