Delivery

Follow pa-context. pa-scrum is an alias. Do not assume Scrum.

Kinds that roll up here: standup, review, retro, planning, refinement, checkin.

1. Read notes/delivery/INDEX.md and notes/calendar.md, or personal/calendar.md if it exists.
2. A cycle page is notes/delivery/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md. Do not overwrite. Append an addendum.
3. Record the goal, what was shown to users, what is still not done, and impediments. Scope cuts are decisions, not misses.
4. A retro is themes, not a person verdict. Do not copy a retro line into a performance file.
5. Do not invent that today's instance already happened.
6. Update the delivery index after a write.
