Follow pa-context. Read the person file. If level is unknown, ask. Do not guess junior or senior from a title fragment.

A 1-1 agenda stays in chat unless the user asks to save it. If saved, put it on the person file under a dated heading. Do not score the person with ticket count or velocity.

Junior: clarity of the task, blockers, and a check that the expectation was written down.
Mid: scope, tradeoffs, and what they decided without being asked.
Senior or architect: influence outside their own tasks, and what only they can unblock.
