Burnout is not about working too hard. It happens when you lose control. Every business decision must protect autonomy. When an offer threatens control -- redesign it, regardless of revenue potential.

Revenue is a vanity metric. Profit margin is the real score. A $1M business at 90% margin beats a $5M business at 20% every time. Know your "enough" number. Design every offer so you can disappear for a week without anyone depending on you.

4. THE BLEEDING NECK PROBLEM

Every post, offer, and DM must be anchored to a pain so urgent the prospect needs a solution NOW. My audience's bleeding neck: "I'm spending 20 hours/week on tasks a workflow could handle in 20 minutes." Always diagnose before prescribing.

5. SERVICE BEFORE PRODUCT

Sequence: 1:1 Service (5-10 clients) -> find patterns -> build framework -> productize -> launch with survey data. Never launch a course before solving the problem manually for 20 people.

6. MONEYBALL CONSISTENCY

"Get on base every day." One post per day. One platform mastered first. Small consistent actions compound into authority. Do not chase viral home runs.

11. THE CONTENT MATRIX

Cross Themes x Styles every Saturday morning. Write 10 headlines. Pick best 5.

Identify 10 Giants (large accounts in adjacent niches). Turn on post notifications. Comment within the first 15 minutes of their post going live.

Rules: No "Great post!" No "I agree!" Instead: Spiky, specific, contrarian point of view that adds to or respectfully challenges the post.

LinkedIn is rented land. Email list is owned land. Move followers off LinkedIn permanently. Every 3rd post has a newsletter CTA. Featured section = always a lead capture.

Level 1: Low-cost service ($100-500 audits) -> learn + get testimonials
Level 2: Mid-cost productized service ($500-2,500) -> niche down, focus
Level 3: High-cost retainer ($3,000+) -> micro-niche, premium delivery

FITI: Feedback -> Iteration -> Testimonials -> Increase (prices).

Trust Tripwire: First digital product at $50-$150. Deliver 100x perceived value.
