• classify capital by actual role: infrastructure equity, project debt, policy bank, REIT, strategic/operator, VC/growth, family-office/adviser;
• expand warm paths from verified first-degree LinkedIn/Gmail evidence;
• use Work/browser for mutual-connection graph inspection and Contact Info visible to 012;
• current-role verification is required before outreach;
• correspondence capsule + recipient preflight is required before any external message;
• hand off only bounded WORK_READY items through the existing governed RedDog/Work chain;
• Work results require receipts and writeback to owning Gmail/CRM/Drive/repo state.
