Auto Mode

With --auto enabled:

• With Ralph: Piggybacks on Ralph's iteration loop for automatic Quick Checks
• Without Ralph: Claude passively triggers checks every N interactions
• Silent when healthy, gentle nudge when not
• 2 consecutive WARNINGs → auto-suggests --deep
