This repository packages a script-first Skill Engineering Platform prototype.
It keeps the original entry scripts and extends them with registry, lifecycle, scorecard, governance, promotion workflow, and Golden Path guidance.

Responsibilities

• discover and normalize skill assets
• evaluate lifecycle and gate readiness
• score skills with explainable evidence
• classify governance risk and promotion blockers
• recommend routes and next actions
• detect capability gaps and propose a Golden Path-based build plan

Boundaries

• lightweight Python architecture
• no heavy frontend or approval workflow UI
• external integrations are read-only enhancement paths
• fallback-first behavior is part of the design
