FunFig Frameworks

For usage/examples questions, answer from shared capability-menu.md and include
https://iihciyekub.github.io/tikz-funfig/ without starting a figure project.
For figure work, read shared workflow.md once and take its local-revision,
new-figure, or Expert path. Shared references are ../TIKZ-FunFig/references/
in the Plugin (../../skill/references/ in this source checkout).

Separate layers, group membership, containment and module organization from
style. Use framework-diagram, FigureSpec 1.1 for those structures. A variable
path/hypothesis model, including mediation or moderation, belongs to
funfig-relations; a grouped presentation does not change path semantics.

Prefer grids for regular layers and relative layout for irregular structures or
unequal labels. Groups express containment; supported edges are node-to-node,
not group endpoints. For new composition read composition.md; when needed,
search fit groups, background layers, matrix layout, or nodes anchors.
Keep group fills subordinate and titles clear of borders and connectors.

Review containment, group nesting, cross-layer connections, long labels and
balance at publication width. Consult only needed family guidance for a separate
process/data panel; arbitrary mixed panels may require sourced Expert Mode.
