Apply automatically to each cohesive code unit created or changed. Deliver the
complete required behavior, then remove accidental complexity before leaving the
unit. Consume necessity, authority, and boundary decisions from the upstream
search-first route; do not rediscover or redesign them.

errors and causes, effects, ordering, security, types, observability, measured
performance, tests, and useful owner documentation.
